Nunu grew up in the region and has a very special history - once active as a poacher, he now walks with safari guests in the wilderness and is committed to the protection of endangered animals.

Unlike many guided bush walks, Nunu will take you through the bush in silence to feel the wilderness and get close to the animals. With each step you will feel your senses awaken, as an animal can cross your way at any time. Nunu is a true Rhino whisperer and known for his high success rate of bringing people close to the grey colossuses. A very special wildlife experience at eyelevel.

You will stay in a luxurious lodge in the middle of the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park and enjoy a game drive in the morning and evening. The rolling hills of South Africa's oldest wildlife park represent a piece of pristine African savannah. In addition to the Big Five: rhinos, elephants, lions, buffalos and leopards, visitors can see giraffes, zebras, impalas, wildebeests, hyenas, wild dogs, hippos, crocodiles and a variety of other wildlife.

Nunu will not only lead you into the wilderness, but also into his village on the edge of the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park. In our personally selected HomeStay you will become a temporary family member and enjoy warm hospitality. You will get to know the traditions of the proud hunter people of South Africa and their daily lives. Milk the cows with the father in the morning, let granny introduce you to the art of mats weaving or play with the children.

Join in cooking the traditional dinner with the daughters, enjoy interesting conversations about tradition in the Zulu culture around the campfire and sleep comfortably in your private round house.

A very authentic and unique cultural experience, which not only leaves a lot behind in the country but will also let you return home more fulfilled and with friends in South Africa.

Round off these special experiences and impressions with a trip along the natural beauties of Zululand. Enjoy the subtropical climate, the wonderful spacious beaches and the still wild, wide landscapes with a species-rich animal world. Go on a Hippo Ocean Safari, explore the lagoon landscape of the Kosi Bay World Heritage Site by canoe, experience the Big 5 and swim with wild dolphins in Mozambique.
